Float Frames

Float frames are fantastic for setting off paintings on canvas or wood.  They can be very simple or can sometimes be stacked with other frames for a truly customized look.

Fillets and Linen Liners

Fillets and Linen Liners are sometimes confused with standard frames but they are actually accent mouldings used to set off artwork or add a decorative element.  Fillets are placed inside the framing or matting to add color or decoration.

Linen liners are typically used on canvas pieces in place of matting to set off artwork or give it more size.

Matting ~ how many and what shape?

Matting can bring out colors in an artwork, add interesting textures or shapes and increase the size of the overall piece.  But matting does more than look pretty.  It helps to protect your artwork as well.  It absorbs toxins and keeps the art from touching the glass and any moisture that may collect there. Talk with your framing designer about creative matting options for your artwork.

Shadow Boxes

If you want to frame 3d items you need a shadow box.  Shadow boxes are great for sports memorabilia, antiques, cherished treasures and more!

Stretched Canvas

We can stretch your painting on canvas for you.  We have two options.  A Gallery Stretch which is when the canvas is placed on thick bars and intended to be hung with no frame or a float frame.  And a Standard Stretch where you canvas is stretched on thinner bars and intended to be placed in a frame.
